Through our Manning Agency, we provide ships with qualified, certificated and medically fit seafarers in accordance with national and international requirements of STCW95.
Procedures are established so that new personnel and those transferred to new assignments are given proper job induction related to safety and protection of the environment.
These instructions which are essential to be provided prior to sailing are identified and documented in the Safety Management Manual.
Procedures for identifying any training which may be required in support of the Safety Management System are established and maintained and it will ensure that such training is provided for all personnel concerned.
Crews provided are able to communicate effectively in the execution of their duties related to the Safety Management System.
All crew hold the necessary STCW certification. Great care is exercised in staff selection and only capable and experienced staff are sent on the ships.
Ships are inspected at regular intervals of three months by the technical superintendent to ensure a very close follow-up of shipboard activities.
